(iv) The operating entity or entities should finance the formulation by developing country Parties of nationally determined programmes to address climate change issues which are in accordance with national development priorities.

In accordance with decision 11/CP.1, " in mobilizing funds, the operating entity or entities should provide all relevant information to developed country Parties and other Parties included in Annex II to the Convention, to assist them to take into full account the need for adequacy and predictability in the flow of funds.

1. Decides to adopt the following initial guidance on policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria to the operating entity or entities of the financial mechanism:
١ - يقرر أن يعتمد التوجيه اﻷولي التالي بشأن السياسات واﻷولويات البرنامجية ومعايير اﻷهلية لكيان أو كيانات تشغيل اﻵلية المالية:

(vi) In mobilizing funds, the operating entity or entities should provide all relevant information to developed country Parties and other Parties included in Annex II to the Convention, to assist them to take into full account the need for adequacy and predictability in the flow of funds.
`٦ ' ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل، لدى تعبئة اﻷموال، أن توفر جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة إلى البلدان المتقدمة النمو اﻷطراف وإلى غيرها من اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني من الاتفاقية، وذلك لمساعدتها على أن تأخذ في اعتبارها الكامل ضرورة كفاية تدفق اﻷموال، وإمكانية التنبؤ به.

(v) The operating entity or entities should, in accordance with the policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria as established by the Conference of the Parties, be available to assist, if so requested, in the implementation of the national programmes adopted by developing country Parties;
`٥ ' ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل أن تكون، وفقا للسياسات واﻷولويات البرنامجية ومعايير اﻷهلية كما يحددها مؤتمر اﻷطراف، حاضرة للمساعدة، إذا ما طلب إليها، على تنفيذ البرامج الوطنية التي تعتمدها البلدان النامية اﻷطراف.

(v) The operating entity or entities should in accordance with the policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria as established by the Conference of the Parties, be available to assist, if so requested, in the implementation of the national programmes adopted by developing country Parties;
ُ٥ُ ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل أن تكون حاضرة، وفقا للسياسات واﻷولويات البرنامجية ومعايير اﻷهلية حسبما يحددها مؤتمر اﻷطراف، لتقديم المساعدة، اذا ما طلب إليها ذلك، لتنفيذ البرامج الوطنية المعتمدة من البلدان النامية اﻷطراف؛
