The mission to the region of the Chairman of the Minsk Conference of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe on Nagorny Karabakh, Mr. Raffaelli, did indeed contend with difficulties, but those difficulties came from the Armenian side.
لقد واجهت بعثة رئيس مؤتمر مينسك التابع لمجلس اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا السيد م. رافاييلي في المنطقة بالفعل صعوبات، ولكن هذه الصعوبات جاءت من الجانب اﻷرميني.

3. The Republic of Armenia appeals to the authorities of Nagorny Karabakh to participate in the CSCE Minsk Group consultations being held in Rome.
