33. Mr. Nkou (Cameroon) said that the National Commission on Human Rights and Freedoms was entirely independent of the Government, although the Government financed its activities.

41. Mr. Nkou (Cameroon) assured the Committee that it was increasingly common in Cameroon for both spouses to work and that it was very unlikely that any husband would object to his wife's employment.

17. Mr. Nkou (Cameroon) said that as Cameroon had 475,000 square kilometres and a population of 18 million, there was no shortage of land and in the few areas that were overpopulated, problems were usually resolved through dialogue.

31 - وفي 14 أيلول/سبتمبر 2010، وجّه رئيس المؤتمر، السفير أناتول فابيان ماري نكو (الكاميرون)، رسالة إلى المؤتمر يحيل طيها تقارير المنسقين السبعة، التي أعدوها بصفتهم الشخصية ووضع الرئيس صيغتها النهائية على مسؤوليته، وتتناول الأعمال التي اضطلع بها هؤلاء المنسقون خلال دورة عام 2010 (CD/1899).
