كما نصت المادة ٦٧٥ منه على أن " ١- كل شخص آخر يتلف أو يفض قصدا رسالة أو برقية غير مرسلة إليه أو يطلع بالخدعة على مخابرة هاتفية يعاقب بغرامة مالية. ٢- ويقضي بالعقوبة نفسها على من اطلع على رسالة أو مخابرة برقية أو هاتفية في اذاعتها الحاق ضرر بآخر فأعلم بها غير من أرسلت إليه " .

129. Article 40 of the Basic System of Government stipulates that: " telegraphic, postal, telephone and other forms of communication shall be confidential. They shall not be confiscated, delayed, inspected or overheard except as provided by law. " Under article 37: " Homes shall be inviolable. They shall not be entered without the permission of their occupants, nor shall they be searched except in the circumstances specified by law. "
128- نصت المادة 40 من النظام الأساسي للحكم على أن " المراسلات البرقية والبريدية والمخابرات الهاتفية وغيرها من وسائل الاتصال مصونة ولا يجوز مصادرتها أو تأخيرها أو الاطلاع عليها أو الاستماع إليها إلا في الحالات التي بيّنها النظام " ، كما أن " للمساكن حرمتها ولا يجوز دخولها بغير إذن صاحبها ولا تفتيشها إلا في الحالات التي بيّنها النظام " وفقاً للمادة 37 من النظام نفسه.

كما نص النظام في مادته (40) على أن " خصوصية المراسلات البرقية والبريدية والمخابرات الهاتفية وغيرها من وسائل الاتصال مصونة ولا يجوز مصادرتها أو تأخيرها أو الاطلاع عليها أو الاستماع إليها إلا في الحالات التي يبينها النظام " .

207. Article 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR provides that " the personal life of citizens, and the confidentiality of correspondence, telephone conversations and telegraphic communications shall be protected by the law " , and that " nobody shall be entitled without legal grounds to enter the home against the will of the persons residing in it.
