It is also concerned that workers entering the State party under the H-2B work visa programme are at high risk of becoming victims of trafficking and/or forced labour, and that some children from racial and ethnic minorities, particularly Hispanic/Latino children, are employed in the agriculture industry and may face harsh and dangerous conditions (arts. 2, 5 and 6).
