A mixture containing corrosive or serious eye damaging/eye irritating ingredients that cannot be classified based on the additivity approach applied in Table 3.3.3 due to chemical characteristics that make this approach unworkable, should be classified as Eye Category 1 if it contains 1% of a corrosive or serious eye damaging ingredient and as Eye Category 2 when it contains 3% of an eye irritant ingredient.
وينبغي أن يصنف المخلوط الذي يحتوي مكونات أكالة أو مسببة لتلف العين الشديد/تهيج العين ولا يمكن تصنيفه على أساس النهج الجمعي المطبق في الجدول 3-3-3 بسبب الخواص الكيميائية التي تجعل هذا النهج غير صالح للاستخدام، في الفئة العينية 1 إذا كان هذا المخلوط يحتوي > = 1 في المائة من مكون أكال أو مسبب لتلف العين الشديد وفي الفئـة العينـية 2 إذا كان يحتوي > = 3 في المائة من مكون مهيج للعين.
