توصي اللجنة بأن تقيِّم الدولة الطرف تأثير تنفيذ قانون مكافحة الانعزال في حقوق شتى المجموعات الإثنية في ممارسة ثقافتها، وأن تكفل عدم اقتران ذلك بأثر استيعابي يفضي إلى فقدان الأشخاص المشمولين بهذا القانون هوياتهم الثقافية.
