4. Following the deployment of the multinational force, President Jean-Bertrand Aristide returned to Haiti on 15 October 1994.
٤ - في أعقاب وزع القوة المتعددة الجنسيات، عاد الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد إلى هايتي في ١٥ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٤.

3. Pays tribute to President Jean-Bertrand Aristide for his efforts to promote national reconciliation;
٣ - يثني على الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد لما بذله من جهود من أجل تعزيز المصالحة الوطنية؛

7. The Conference recommends the convening of a national conference after the return to Haiti of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide to discharge his functions.
٧ - ويوصي المؤتمر بعقد مؤتمر وطني بعد عودة الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد إلى مباشرة مهام منصبه في هايتي.

١ - تعرب عن ارتياحها لعودة الرئيس جان برتران ارستيد في ٥١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٤٩٩١، واعادة النظام الدستوري، والدعم القوي من جانب الرئيس أرستيد للمصالحة الوطنية وجهود إنهاء العنف؛

5. Welcomes the continuing efforts of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide to work towards national reconciliation and calls upon the Secretaries-General of the United Nations and the Organization of American States, respectively, to continue to render all appropriate assistance to the Haitian electoral process;
٥ - يرحب بالجهود المستمرة التي يبذلها الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد سعيا إلى المصالحة الوطنية، ويطلب إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمين العام لمنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية أن يواصل كل منهما تقديم كل المساعدات المناسبة لعملية الانتخابات في هايتي؛

88. In this connection, the interim Prime Minister has expressed his intention of having President Jean-Bertrand Aristide put on trial, if necessary in absentia, this being in his view justified because of the importance that the Government attaches to combating corruption.
88- وفي هذا الإطار، أعرب رئيس الوزراء بالنيابة عن اعتزامه محاكمة الرئيس جان برتران أريستيد، ولو غيابياً، لأن هذه المحاكمة، في رأيه، تبررها الأهمية التي توليها الحكومة لمكافحة الفساد.

(e) The Haitian Government is counting on the success of these elections in order to make the process of restoring democracy begun on 15 October 1994 with the return of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide irreversible.
