9. encourages States from which precursors are exported and those into which precursors are imported to maintain, to the extent possible, updated annual estimates of their legitimate requirements for 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone, pseudoephedrine, ephedrine and 1-phenyl-2-propanone;
9- تشجّع الدول التي تصدّر منها السلائف والدول التي تستورد السلائف على الاحتفاظ، قدر الإمكان، بتقديرات سنوية محدّثة لاحتياجاتها المشروعة من المواد 4،3-ميثيلين ديوكسي فينيل-2-بروبانون، والسودوإيفيدرين، والإيفيدرين، و1-فينيل-2-بروبانون؛

6. encourages States to promote human rights education on the issues of systematic rape, sexual slavery and slaverylike practices during armed conflicts, ensuring the accuracy of accounts of historical events in the educational curricula, in an effort to prevent the recurrence of such violations and to encourage better understanding among all peoples;
6- تشجّع الدول على تعزيز التثقيف في مجال حقوق الإنسان بشأن قضايا الاغتصاب المنهجي والاستعباد الجنسي والممارسات الشبيهة بالرق أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، مع ضمان دقة تسجيل الأحداث التاريخية في المناهج الدراسية، سعياً إلى منع تكرار هذه الانتهاكات والتشجيع على تحسين التفاهم فيما بين جميع الشعوب؛

6. encourages States to promote human rights education on the issues of systematic rape, sexual slavery and slavery-like practices during armed conflicts, ensuring the accuracy of accounts of historical events in the educational curricula, in an effort to prevent the recurrence of such violations and to encourage better understanding among all peoples;
6- تشجّع الدول على تعزيز التثقيف في مجال حقوق الإنسان بشأن قضايا الاغتصاب المنهجي والاستعباد الجنسي والممارسات الشبيهة بالرق أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، مع ضمان دقة تسجيل الأحداث التاريخية في المناهج الدراسية، سعياً إلى منع تكرار هذه الانتهاكات والتشجيع على تحسين التفاهم فيما بين جميع الشعوب؛

" 12. encourages States to address overcrowding in detention facilities by taking effective measures, including through enhancing the use of alternatives to pretrial detention and custodial sentences where possible, access to legal aid and the efficiency as well as the capacity of the criminal justice system and its facilities;

Paragraph 36 should be corrected to read: " encourages States to consider including in their reports ... " .
وقال إن الفقرة 36 تحتاج إلى تعديل ليكون نصها كما يلي: " تشجّع الدول على النظر في أن تورد في تقاريرها... " .

In paragraph 3 (a) bis, the words " when appropriate " should be added after the words " encourages States to establish or " , and the word " potential " should be deleted and replaced with the word " alleged " .
وفي الفقرة 3 (ب)، تضاف عبارة " عند الاقتضاء " بعد عبارة " تشجّع الدول على إرساء أو " ، وتحذف عبارة " الحالات المحتملة لسوء المعاملة " ويستعاض عنها بعبارة " حالات سوء المعاملة المدعى بارتكابها " .

14. encourages States to provide the International Narcotics Control Board and the Member States concerned with timely information on the identification of any new substances replacing substances frequently used in the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and on the manufacture of such new substances;
14- تشجّع الدول على تزويد الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات والدول الأعضاء المعنية بمعلومات في الوقت المناسب عن استبانة أي مواد جديدة تحل محل المواد التي يكثر استخدامها في صنع المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية على نحو غير مشروع وعن صنع هذه المواد الجديدة؛

(b) encourages States to establish or strengthen mechanisms which allow migrants to report potential cases of abuse by relevant authorities and employers without fear of reprisals, and that allow for such complaints to be addressed fairly;
(ب) تشجّع الدول على إرساء أو تعزيز الآليات التي تتيح المجال للمهاجرين للإبلاغ عن الحالات المحتملة لسوء المعاملة من جانب السلطات المعنية وأرباب العمل دون خوف من الانتقام، والتي تتيح المجال لمعالجة هذه الشكاوى بإنصاف؛

(e) encourages States to request technical and other assistance, if required, from other States, UNHCR and other United Nations agencies, funds and programmes, as well as civil society and regional organizations;
(هـ) تشجّع الدول على أن تطلب المساعدة الفنية وغيرها من أشكال المساعدة، حسب الاقتضاء، من الدول الأخرى ومن المفوضية ومن الوكالات والصناديق والبرامج الأخرى التابعة للأمم المتحدة، وكذلك من المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الإقليمية؛
