61- السيد تيه (الأمين العام المساعد لشؤون خدمات الدعم المركزية) أجاب على ملاحظات الوفود في الجلسات السابقة، وذكر أنه لما كانت جلسات اللجنة قد بدأت مبكرة فإن مشاكل الدخول إلى أماكن انتظار السيارات قد خفت إلى حد ما.

The conference, which was organized by the Te Runanga o Te Ataarangi Association, provided a language revitalization symposium based on the development of digital media as tools for language learning.
ووفر ذلك المؤتمر الذي نظمته مؤسسة تيه رونانغا أو تيه أتارانغي، ندوة لتنشيط اللغات تقوم على تطوير وسائط رقمية تُستخدم كأدوات لتعلم اللغات.

The keynote speakers were Bernard Spolsky (Israel), Naomi Losch (Hawaii) and Katerina Te Heikoko Mataira (New Zealand).
وكان المتحدثون الرئيسيون بالمؤتمر برنارد سبولسكي (إسرائيل)، ونعومي لوشي (هاواي)، وكاتيرينا تيه هيكوكو ماتاريا (نيوزيلندا).

102. An inaugural international conference on " Indigenous language revitalization and teaching " which took place on 27 September 2008 in Hamilton, New Zealand examined issues of language revitalization and teaching by showcasing Indigenous communities using the Te Ataarangi methodology.

Due to the unique concerns with respect to placing a child in permanent limbo, and recognizing that the context is Crown wardship for the purposes of adoption and not custody and access as between two divorced parents, as was the case in Hendricks v. Finland (201/1985), the State party submits that the Committee incorrectly applied the test in Hendricks and that the standard set out in the CFSA is in the best interest of the child.
ونظراً للشواغل المتعلقة بوضع طفل في تيه دائم، واعترافاً بأن الحل، كما كان الأمر في قضية هندريكس ضد فنلندا (201/1985)، هو الوصاية الدائمة لأغراض التبني وليس الحضانة والاتصال كما هو الحال بين أبوين مطلقين، فإن الدولة الطرف تزعم أن اللجنة طبّقت تجربة قضية هندريكس بشكل غير صحيح وأن المعيار المنصوص عليه في قانون خدمات الطفل والأسرة يخدم المصالح الفضلى للطفلة.
