Article 83, para. 1, states that " the responsible labour inspector may require women and children to be examined by a qualified medical practitioner, to verify that the work they do is not beyond their strength. "
وتنص الفقرة الأولى من المادة 83 على أن " بإمكان متفقد العمل المختص أن يطلب فحص النساء والأطفال من قبل طبيب مصدق عليه، بهدف التثبت من أن العمل المكلفين به لا يتجاوز قوتهم البدنية " .

- تنص المادة 29 على أنه : " لايجوز لرب عمل أن يستعين بموظفين إناث لأداء أعمال ليلية. ويمكن الحصول على استثناءات خاصة من متفقد الشغل ذي الاختصاص المكاني حين تبرّر طبيعة النشاط ومميزات مكان العمل هذه الاستثناءات " .
