10. Encourages the Government of Equatorial Guinea to invite to the country an electoral observer mission of the United Nations, and/or of impartial observers for the next municipal elections;
10- تشجع حكومة غينيا الاستوائية على دعوة بعثة لمراقبة الانتخابات تابعة للأمم المتحدة، و/أو مراقبين نزهاء لزيارة البلد وحضور الانتخابات البلدية المقبلة؛

This recommendation was endorsed by the Commission which, in its resolution 2000/19, encouraged " the Government of Equatorial Guinea to invite to the country an electoral observer mission of the United Nations, and/or of impartial observers for the [...] municipal elections " (para. 10).
