Under the terms of the draft resolution, the General Assembly would acknowledge the importance of, and commend once again to the attention of Governments, the articles on responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts, without prejudice to the question of their future adoption or other appropriate action.

10. Welcome the decision of the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 2000/43 of 20 April 2000, to draw the attention of Governments to the Principles on the effective investigation and documentation of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, annexed to that resolution,
10 - يرحبون بــما قررته لجنة حقوق الإنسان، فــي قرارها 2000/43 المؤرخ 20 نيسان/أبريل 2000، بأن تلفت نظر الحكومات إلى المبادئ المتعلقة بالتحقيق والتوثيق الفعالين بالنسبة إلى التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، المرفقة بذاك القرار؛

The Principles were annexed to his previous report to the General Assembly (A/54/426); the attention of Governments was also drawn to the Principles by the Commission and were annexed to resolution 2000/43 adopted at its last session.

3 - تعرض مع الثناء المواد المتعلقة بمنع الضرر العابر للحدود الناجم عن أنشطة خطرة التي قدمتها اللجنة والمرفق نصها بهذا القرار، على نظر الحكومات مع عدم الإخلال بأي إجراء توصي به لجنة القانون الدولي في المستقبل بشأن المواد؛

Commends once again the principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities, presented by the Commission, the text of which was annexed to General Assembly resolution 61/36, to the attention of Governments, without prejudice to any future action, as recommended by the Commission regarding the principles;
4 - تعرض مع الثناء المبادئ المتعلقة بتوزيع الخسارة في حالة الضرر العابر للحدود الناجم عن أنشطة خطرة التي قدمتها اللجنة والمرفق نصفها بقرارها 61/36 المؤرخ 4 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006، على نظر الحكومات مع عدم الإخلال بأي إجراء توصي به اللجنة في المستقبل بشأن المبادئ؛

The representative of Denmark, speaking on behalf of the European Union and its member States, welcomed Ms. Mohamed to her post as Deputy Executive Director of UNEP and expressed thanks to the Executive Director for his invaluable leadership and personal engagement in ensuring that emerging environmental challenges were brought to the attention of Governments and the international community.

354. At its meeting on 28 July 2010, the Study Group also examined the possibility that a request for information from Governments be included in Chapter III of the Commission's report on the current session, and that this request be brought to the attention of Governments by the Secretariat.

11. Draws the attention of Governments to the Principles on Freedom of Information Legislation (The Public's Right to Know) appended to the Special Rapporteur's report (E/CN.4/2000/63, annex II), and invites Governments to reflect upon them and to submit their comments to the Special Rapporteur;
11- توجه نظر الحكومات إلى المبادئ المتعلقة بقوانين حرية تدفق المعلومات (حق الجمهور في أن يعرف) والواردة في تقرير المقرر الخاص (E/CN.4/2000/63، المرفق الثاني)، وتدعو الحكومات إلى دراستها وتقديم تعليقاتها إلى المقرر الخاص؛

In its resolution 52/156 of 15 December 1997, the General Assembly took note of the Commission's preliminary conclusions and of its invitation to all treaty bodies set up by normative multilateral treaties that might wish to do so to provide, in writing, their comments and observations on the conclusions, while drawing the attention of Governments to the importance for the Commission of having their views on the preliminary conclusions.
