(ii) Used for the purpose of a use allowed to the Party under this Convention; or

(k) " Use allowed to the Party under this Convention " means any use of mercury or mercury compounds:

(ii) A use allowed to the Party under this Convention;

(iii) Are not intended to be sold, distributed in commerce, exported or used for the purposes of a use allowed to the Party under this Convention pursuant to subparagraph (c);

[6. Each Party shall ensure that mercury or mercury compounds from the supply sources identified in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 that are intended to be used for the purpose of a use allowed to the Party under this Convention or to be exported to another Party in accordance with paragraph 7 are stored in accordance with Article 12 before such use or export.]

In the situation of mercury trade for an allowed use, the prior informed consent of the importing Party would be required, including a statement from the Party that the import would be limited to a use allowed to the Party.
وفي حالة تجارة الزئبق لاستخدام مسموح به، تُطلَب الموافقة المُسبقة عن علم من جانب الطرف المستورِد، بما في ذلك بيان صادر عن هذا الطرف بأن يقتصر الاستيراد على الاستخدام المسموح به للطرف.

" Use allowed to the Party under this Convention " means any use of mercury or mercury compounds:
(ك) " الاستخدام المسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية " يعني أي استخدام للزئبق أو لمركّبات الزئبق:

For a use allowed to the Party under this Convention.
(ب) الاستخدام المسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.

(k) " Use allowed to the Party under this Convention " means any use of mercury or mercury compounds that is generally accepted and would take into consideration the specific needs of the Party and the availability of alternative products and processes.
(ك) ' ' الاستخدام المسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية`` يعني أي استخدام للزئبق أو مركَبات الزئبق يكون مقبولاً عموماً ومن شأنه أن يأخذ في الاعتبار الاحتياجات المحددة للطرف وتوافر منتجات وعمليات بديلة.
