وفي قراراته ذات الصلة نظر المجلس في جملة أمور منها تقرير بعثة أوفدها اﻷمين العام وطلب إلى هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷخرى، ولا سيما المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وفضلا عن برامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها، النظر في مسألة تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول المعنية.

٣٣ - وخلصت لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية إلى أن تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول التي تمر بمرحلة انتقال يعتبر تحديا رئيسيا يتطلب عملا جماعيا من سائر منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

10 - تشجع السلطات المختصة لمعاهدات المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية على تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول الأطراف في تلك المعاهدات والدول الموقعة عليها تيسيرا لتحقيق الأهداف؛
