Mr. Begg (New Zealand) said that his delegation still had some concerns about aspects of the Special Rapporteur's report, including in particular his recommendation that the right to food should be deemed to take priority over other rights. It was worth recalling that all human rights, whether economic, social, cultural, civil or political, were universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated.
