وقد اتفق الفريق العامل على أنه ينبغي تجسيد كل الاقتراحات الواردة أعلاه في المشروع المنقح الذي من المزمع أن تعده الأمانة لأجل مواصلة المناقشة في مرحلة لاحقة.

123. After discussion, the Working Group decided that paragraph 9.5 should be retained in the draft instrument for continuation of the discussion at a later stage.
