439. Under the Prevention of Discrimination act of 1997, it is unlawful to induce, attempt to induce, a person to do any act which contravenes protection against discrimination in employment or for promotion of equal remuneration under Part III as well as part IV of the act.
439 - - وفي إطار قانون عام 1997 المتعلق بمنع التمييز، يُحظر تحريض أو محاولة تحريض شخص ما على القيام بعمل يتعارض مع الحماية من التمييز في العمل، أوالترقي، أو الحصول على نفس الأجر بموجب الجزأين الثالث والرابع من القانون.

(a) Biological, chemical or nuclear weapons, as well as any explosive or radioactive material, intended to cause death or serious injury or damage for the purpose of intimidating a population, or compelling a Government or an international organization to do or to abstain from doing any act;
(أ) الأسلحة البيولوجية والكيميائية والنووية فضلا عن أية مواد متفجرة أو مشعة، يكون الغرض منها إحداث وفاة أو إصابة خطيرة أو ضرر إذا كان الغرض من ذلك هو ترهيب الركاب، أو إرغام حكومة أو منظمة دولية على القيام، أو الامتناع عن القيام، بعمل ما؛
