فقد أصبحت أصنع الزيجات للآخرين

“(a) The judge, on request, shall have the right to give in marriage a maiden over 15 years of age in the event that a guardian other than her father or grandfather prevents her from marrying without legitimate cause.

Article 19 stipulates that: " The guardian shall be deemed to have prevented a marriage if he refuses to give in marriage an adult woman of sound mind who is willing to marry a man whose social standing is commensurate with her own " .
