The Committee urges the State party to enhance its efforts to reduce the frequency of occupational accidents both on land and at sea by raising awareness of the importance of preventive measures and, in particular, by providing training to seamen in matters relating to vessel stability and the use and treatment of hoisting equipment.
23- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى خفض وتيرة ما يقع من حوادث مهنية في البر والبحر، وذلك عن طريق رفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية التدابير الوقائية، ولا سيما من خلال توفير التدريب للبحارة على المسائل المتعلقة بحفظ توازن السفن واستخدام معدات الرفع والتعامل معها.

234- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى خفض وتيرة ما يقع من حوادث مهنية في البر والبحر، وذلك عن طريق رفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية التدابير الوقائية، ولا سيما من خلال توفير التدريب للبحارة على المسائل المتعلقة بحفظ توازن السفن واستخدام معدات الرفع والتعامل معها.

In such circumstances, it is (to say the least) a reasonable conclusion that the present de jure top organs of Armenia were its de facto organs even while hoisting the banner of the so-called " Nagorno-Karabakh Republic " ( " NKR " ).
وفي ظل هذه الظروف، من المعقول أن نستخلص (على أقل تقدير) أن أرفع الهيئات القائمة حالياً في أرمينيا بحكم القانون كانت هيئات تابعة لها بحكم الواقع حتى في الوقت الذي كانت تحمل فيه لواء ' ' جمهورية ناغورني - كاراباخ``.
