مادة ٢٧٩: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ثلاث سنوات من حرض غيره على الفجور أو الدعارة فإذا وقعت الجريمة بناء على هذا التحريض تكون العقوبة الحبس الذي لا يتجاوز سبع سنوات.

If the person who is abetted and who commits an offense is a minor under the age of 15, or if the abettor depends for his livelihood on the prostitution or lewdness of the person abetted, the abettor may be punished by imprisonment of up to 10 years.
وإذا كان من حرضه ووقعت منه الجريمة صغيرًا لم يبلغ الخامسة عشر من عمره أو كان المحرض يعول في معيشته على فجور أو دعارة من حرضه يجوز أن تصل عقوبة المحرض إلى الحبس مدة لا تتجاوز عشر سنوات.

Article 281: Any person who runs a house or establishment for prostitution or lewdness shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 10 years. In all cases, the closure of the house or establishment for up to two years and the confiscation of the furniture, appliances, and other effects that were located therein during engagement in prostitution or lewdness shall be adjudged.

216. Article 13 of the act " punishes by imprisonment and a fine any person who abets, lures or assists a male or female to commit prostitution or lewdness using the Internet or a means of information technology.
216- ونصت المادة (13) على أن (يعاقب بالسجن وبالغرامة من حرض ذكراً أو أنثى أو أغواه لارتكاب الدعارة أو الفجور أو ساعده على ذلك باستخدام الشبكة المعلوماتية أو إحدى وسائل تقنية المعلومات.

If a woman is induced to commit lewdness or prostitution through coercion, threat, or deception, the penalty is nine years, or ten years if the victim is under 18 (Article 325 - Penalties).

Articles 324-332 of Penal Code No. 15 of 1976 stipulate harsh penalties for the crimes of lewdness and prostitution. The Penal Code stipulates that any person who in any way aids or abets a women's commission of lewdness or prostitution shall be sentenced to imprisonment or three years, or five years if the victim is under 18.
134 - كما نص قانون العقوبات رقم (15) لسنة 1976م في المواد من 324 حتى 332 على عقوبات شديدة فيما يخص جرائم الفجور والدعارة: حيث نص على عقوبة الحبس التي تصل حتى ثلاث سنوات لكل من حرّض امرأة على ارتكاب الفجور أو الدعارة أو ساعدها على ذلك بأية طريقة. وتصل العقوبة إلى خمس سنوات حبس إذا كان سن المجني عليها دون الثامنة عشر.

Any person who relies for his livelihood on another person's earnings from engagement in lewdness or prostitution, and who influences, controls, or lures that person to engage in lewdness or prostitution, may be punished by imprisonment of up to five years (Article 326, paragraph 2). This penalty is doubled if the perpetrator is the husband of the victim (Article 327).
135 - كما يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز خمس سنوات كل من يعتمد في حياته على ما يكسبه غيره من ممارسة الفجور أو الدعارة وذلك بتأثيره عليه أو سيطرته عليه أو إغرائه على ممارسة الفجور أو الدعارة (مادة 326 - فقرة 2) وتضاعف العقوبة إذا كان الجاني زوجاً للمجني عليه (المادة 327).كما منع قانون العقوبات إنشاء أو إدارة محلات للفجور والدعارة.

In particular, article 364 provides for a maximum sentence of 10 years' imprisonment for anyone who " entices a male or female into committing debauchery or prostitution by coercion, threat or trickery, " but a minimum sentence of 10 years' imprisonment if the victim is under 18 years or was detained " against his will by coercion, threat or trickery, with the intention of forcing him to commit any act of lewdness or prostitution. وبوجه خاص، تنص المادة 364 على عقوبة قصوى قدرها 10 سنوات سجناً بحق " كل من حرض ذكراً أو أنثى على ارتكاب الفجور أو الدعارة عن طريق الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة " ، لكنها تنص على عقوبة دنيا قدرها 10 سنوات سجناً في حال كانت سن الضحية تقل عن الثامنة عشرة أو أن هذه الضحية استبقيت " بغير رضاها " عن طريق الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة في مكان بقصد حملها على ارتكاب فعل أو أكثر من أفعال الفجور أو الدعارة " .
