يوضِّح هذا القرار الصادر من محكمة دريسدن الإقليمية العليا أنَّه إذا تبيَّن أنَّ البضائع المشتراة مسروقة، فإنَّ البائع يكون قد فشل في الالتزام بكل من المادتين 30 و41 من اتفاقية البيع، ويُعدُّ كل فشل بمثابة حالة مستقلة لمخالفة العقد يُنظر فيها على حدة.
