Extradition shall be subject to the other provisions set forth under the legislation of the requested State.
ويتم التسليم طبقا لﻷحكام اﻷخرى المنصوص عليها في قوانين الدولة المطالبة بالتسليم.

The purpose of this rule is to prevent the requesting State from imposing unreasonable burdens on the requested State.
ويتمثل الغرض من هذه القاعدة في منع الدولة الطالبة من تحميل الدولة الموجه إليها الطلب أعباء غير معقولة.

In making its decision the requested State shall consider all relevant factors, including but not limited to:
