"see the adjective" - Translation from English to Arabic

Although the list of examples that appeared in article 19 (3) of the previous version has been omitted, the adjective " serious " now appears in the definition itself and not simply in the examples (see also Part Two, chapter III). the word " serious " is a constituent part of the definition and presents an extra obstacle to the application of article 42.
