The text of any proposed amendment shall be communicated to the Parties by the Secretariat at least six months before the meeting at which it is proposed for adoption.
وتُبلِّغ الأمانة نص أي تعديل مقترح لهذه الاتفاقية إلى الأطراف قبل موعد الاجتماع الذي سيُقترح فيه اعتماده بستة أشهر على الأقل.

3. The views of the Committee shall be communicated to the individual and to the State party concerned.
3 يُبلّغ الفرد المعني والدولة الطرف المعنية بالرأي الذي تنتهي إليه اللجنة.

Such items shall be placed on a supplementary list, which shall be communicated to the States Parties, to Observer States, the Court and the United Nations.

3.
