States Parties shall honour and comply with the request for assistance through proceedings according to their national laws.
على الدول اﻷطراف أن تستجيب وتمتثل لطلب المساعدة من خلال اتخاذ اﻹجراءات المتفقة مع قوانينها الوطنية.

For this purpose, States Parties shall consider:

States Parties shall take such additional legislative or other measures as they consider appropriate to prevent means of transportation operated by commercial carriers from being used in the commission of offences established under article 4 of this Protocol.
يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ ما تراه مناسبا من تدابير تشريعية أو غير تشريعية اضافية لمنع استخدام وسائل النقل التي يشغّلها الناقلون التجاريون في ارتكاب جرائم مقررة بمقتضى المادة ٤ من هذا البروتوكول.

To that end, States Parties shall:
وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف، تقوم الدول الأطراف بما يلي:

States Parties shall adopt such measures as may be necessary, in accordance with available means:
يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تعتمد ما قد يلزم من تدابير، وفقا للوسائل المتاحة، لضمان:

3. States Parties shall use their best efforts to computerize their records.
٣- يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تبذل قصارى جهدها لحوسبة سجلاتها.

States Parties shall guarantee the confidentiality of any information that they receive, if requested to do so by the State Party providing the information, when its disclosure could jeopardize an ongoing investigation pertaining to matters related to this Protocol.
يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تكفل سرية أي معلومات تتلقاها، اذا ما طلبت منها ذلك الدولة التي قدمت تلك المعلومات، اذا كان افشاؤها يمكن أن يلحق ضررا بتحقيقات تجارية تتعلق بمسائل ذات صلة بهذا البروتوكول.

States Parties shall endeavour to make adequate and regular voluntary contributions to the fund.
وعلى الدول اﻷطراف أن تسعى الى تقديم مساهمات طوعية كافية ومنتظمة الى ذلك الصندوق.

States Parties shall effectively implement their provisions in order to fight against terrorist crimes.
وعلى الدول اﻷطراف أن تنفذ أحكام تلك الاتفاقيات تنفيذا فعالا من أجل مكافحة الجرائم الارهابية.

States Parties shall give approval for the transportation of the persons to the Court through their territories in accordance with their national laws.
على الدول اﻷطراف أن تمنح موافقتها على نقل اﻷشخاص إلى المحكمة عبر أراضيها وفقا لقوانينها الوطنية.

States Parties shall cooperate closely with one another, consistent with their respective domestic legal and administrative systems, to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement action to combat offences set forth in this Convention.
على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتعاون تعاونا وثيقا فيما بينها، بما يتفق ونظمها القانونية واﻹدارية المحلية، من أجل تعزيز فاعلية تدابير إنفاذ القانون الرامية إلى مكافحة الجرائم المذكورة في هذه الاتفاقية.

11. States Parties shall take, adopt or implement such measures in conformity with international law with due regard to:
١١ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ أو تعتمد أو تنفذ ما يتفق مع القانون الدولي من تدابير ، مع ايلاء الاعتبار الواجب لما يلي :

States Parties shall take such additional legislative or other measures as they consider appropriate to prevent means of transportation operated by commercial carriers from being used in the commission of offences established under article 4 of this Protocol.
على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ ما تراه مناسبا من تدابير تشريعية أو غير تشريعية اضافية لمنع استخدام وسائل النقل التي يشغّلها الناقلون التجاريون في ارتكاب جرائم مقررة بمقتضى المادة ٤ من هذا البروتوكول .

States Parties shall ensure that no person with disabilities is deprived of that right, and shall take all appropriate measures to ensure full access for persons with disabilities to rehabilitation services. In particular, States Parties shall:
وتكفل الدول الأطراف عدم حرمان أي من المعوقين من ذلك الحق، وستتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان وصول الأشخاص بشكل كامل إلى خدمات إعادة التأهيل، وعلى وجه الخصوص تقوم الدول الأطراف بما يلي:

States Parties shall also encourage the firearms manufacturing industry to develop measures against the removal or the alteration of markings.
كما يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تشجّع الشركات المنتجة للأسلحة النارية على استحداث تدابير مضادة لإزالة الوسوم أو تحويرها.

In the absence of such treaties or arrangements, States Parties shall afford one another assistance in accordance with their domestic law.
وفي حالة عدم وجود مثل هذه المعاهدات أو الترتيبات تقدم الدول الأطراف المساعدة لبعضها البعض وفقاً لقانونها المحلي.

States Parties shall not decline to act under the provisions of this paragraph on the ground of bank secrecy.
ولا يجوز للدول الأطراف أن ترفض الامتثال لأحكام هذه الفقرة بحجة السرية المصرفية.

States Parties shall strengthen the respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
وعلى الدول الأطراف أن تعزِّز احترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية.

l. States Parties shall endeavour to settle disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention through negotiation.
1- تسعى الدول الأطراف إلى تسوية النزاعات المتعلقة بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية، من خلال التفاوض.

50. The Assembly of States Parties shall agree upon mechanisms for achieving these objectives, including, inter alia, facilitating activities by States parties under the articles of this Treaty, and facilitating the exchange of information among States parties.
50 - تتفق جمعية الدول الأطراف على آليات لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تشمل، من بين جملة أمور، تيسير الأنشطة التي تضطلع بها الدول الأطراف بموجب مواد هذه المعاهدة، وتيسير تبادل المعلومات فيما بين الدول الأطراف.

States Parties shall take appropriate steps to safeguard and promote the realization of this right, including measures to:
وتقوم الدول الأطراف بخطوات مناسبة لحفظ وتعزيز إعمال هذا الحق، تشمل تدابير تهدف إلى:

1. States Parties shall afford one another the greatest measure of mutual legal assistance in connection with criminal proceedings brought in respect of an offence of enforced disappearance, including the supply of all evidence at their disposal that is necessary for the proceedings.
1 تتعهد الدول الأطراف بأن تقدم كل منها للأخرى أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القضائية في كل تحقيق أو إجراء جنائي يتصل بجريمة اختفاء قسري، بما في ذلك ما يتعلق بتقديم جميع عناصر الإثبات المتاحة لديها والتي تكون لازمة لأغراض الإجراء.

Further, the Convention provides that States Parties shall seek to conclude bilateral and multilateral agreements on extradition.
كذلك تنص الاتفاقية على أنه يجب على الدول الأطراف أن تسعى إلى عقد اتفاقات ثنائية ومتعدّدة الأطراف بشأن تسليم المجرمين.

States Parties shall take effective measures to ensure liberty of movement with the greatest possible independence for persons with disabilities, including:
تتخذ الدول الأطراف تدابير فعالة تكفل للمعوقين حرية التنقل بأكبر قدر ممكن من الاستقلالية، بما في ذلك ما يلي:

Thereafter, pursuant to article 12, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, States Parties shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in accordance with article 44, paragraph 1 (b), of the Convention any further information with respect to the implementation of the Optional Protocol.

In cases of abuse, all States Parties shall decide on appropriate measures against an abusive State Party.
