8- يحث الدول على أن تتخذ، من خلال المؤسسات والمنظمات السياسية، إجراءات تمنع نشر الأفكار والمواد القائمة على العنصرية وكره الأجانب والموجهة ضد أي دين من الأديان أو ضدّ أتباعه والتي تشكل تحريضاً على الكراهية العنصرية والدينية أو العداوة أو العنف؛

7. Urges States to take resolute action to prohibit the dissemination, including through political institutions and organizations, of racist and xenophobic ideas and material aimed at any religion or its followers that constitute incitement to racial and religious hatred, hostility or violence;
7- يحث الدول على اتخاذ إجراءات حازمة لحظر نشر الأفكار والمواد القائمة على العنصرية وكُره الأجانب والموجّهة ضد أي دين من الأديان أو أتباعه، والتي تُشكّل تحريضاً على الكراهية العنصرية والدينية أو العداوة أو العنف، بما في ذلك عن طريق المؤسسات والمنظمات السياسية؛

66. The Conference called on the United Nations Human Rights Council to formulate an internationally binding document to promote global respect for all religions and cultural values and prevent intolerance, discrimination and instigation of hatred against any group or followers of any religion.
66 - دعا المؤتمر مجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة إلى صياغة وثيقة دولية ملزمة عالمياً لتعزيز الاحترام العالمي لجميع الأديان والقيم الثقافية والحيلولة دون حدوث مظاهر عدم التسامح والتمييز والتحـريض على الكـراهية ضـد أي مجموعة أو ضد أتباع أي دين من الأديان.

15. Affirms that Human Rights Council, as part of its mandate, shall promote universal respect for all religious and cultural values and prevent instances of intolerance, discrimination, and incitement of hatred against any community or adherents of any religion.
15 - يؤكد أن مجلس حقوق الإنسان، سيقوم، في إطار المهام الموكولة إليه، بتعزيز الاحترام العالمي لجميع الأديان والقيم الثقافية والحيلولة دون حدوث مظاهر عدم التسامح والتمييز والتحريض على الكراهية ضد أي مجموعة أو ضد أتباع أي دين من الأديان.

9- تحث الدول على اتخاذ إجراءات حازمة لحظر القيام، من خلال المؤسسات والمنظمات السياسية، بنشر الأفكار والمواد القائمة على العنصرية وكره الأجانب والموجهة ضد أي دين من الأديان أو أتباعه، والتي تشكل تحريضاً على التمييز أو العداوة أو العنف؛

(c) Prohibition of publication of material with the aim of protecting the rights of others and against seriously or gratuitously offensive attacks on matters regarded as sacred by the followers of any religion.
(ج) منع نشر مواد ترمي إلى حماية حقوق الآخرين وتناهض الهجمات العدوانية بشكل خطير أو غير مبرر على الأمور التي يعتبرها أتباع أي دين من الأديان من المقدّسات.

188. The Meeting emphasized the need to develop, at the United Nations, including the Human Rights Council, a legally binding international instrument to promote respect for all religions and cultural values and prevent intolerance, discrimination and the instigation of hatred against any group or followers of any religion.
188 - وأكد الاجتماع ضرورة صياغة وثيقة دولية ملزمة قانونا في إطار منظومة الأمم المتحدة، بما فيها مجلس حقوق الإنسان، لتعزيز احترام جميع الأديان والقيم الثقافية ومنع التعصب والتمييز والتحريض على الكراهية ضد أية مجموعة أو أتباع أي دين من الأديان.

1. In resolution 7/19 the Human Rights Council urged States to " take actions to prohibit the dissemination, including through political institutions and organizations, of racist and xenophobic ideas and material aimed at any religion or its followers that constitute incitement to racial and religious hatred, hostility or violence " .
1- حث مجلس حقوق الإنسان الدول في قراره 7/19 على " أن تتخذ، بما في ذلك عن طريق المؤسسات والمنظمات السياسية، إجراءات تمنع نشر الأفكار والمواد القائمة على العنصرية وكره الأجانب والموجهة ضد أي دين من الأديان أو ضدّ أتباعه والتي تشكل تحريضاً على الكراهية العنصرية والدينية أو العداوة أو العنف " .

148. In this context it should be stressed once again that extremism cannot be blamed on any one religion.
148- وفي هذا السياق، يُستحسن في البداية التأكيد مجددا على أن التطرف ليس حكرا على أي دين من الأديان.
