٨ - وإذ استشرف مستقبل أعمالنا، أود أن أبلغكم أن مكتب المؤتمر قد درس برنامج العمل المقبل لهذا المؤتمر دراسة دقيقة.

28. The project reviewed the features of Bahrain at the start of the new millennium and determined the nature of the reforms necessary and modernization procedures required to further Bahraini society. This was carried out in considered, practical steps and in gradual manner to enable them to be comprehended by society, and in a manner appropriate to regional and international conditions.
وقد استشرف هذا المشروع معالم البحرين مع بداية الألفية الجديدة، وحدد طبيعة الإصلاحات اللازمة وإجراءات التحديث المطلوبة للنهوض بالمجتمع البحريني، وهو ما تم القيام به من خلال خطوات عملية مدروسة وبشكل تدريجي ليستوعبها المجتمع ولتتناسب مع الظروف الإقليمية والدولية.

This is foreseen in the UNESCO Revised Recommendation concerning Technical and Vocational Education (2001), which stipulates, in paragraph 100, that " Internationally recommended standards and norms should be continuously evaluated through sustained research on and monitoring of the effectiveness of their application in each country " .
وقد استشرف ذلك في توصية اليونسكو المعدلة الخاصة بالتعليم التقني والمهني (2001)، التي تنص، في الفقرة 100 منها، على أنه " ينبغي أن تخضع المعايير والقواعد الموصى بها دوليا لتقييم مستمر عن طريق البحث المتواصل في فعالية تطبيقها في كل بلد ورصد فعالية ذلك التطبيق " .
