52. Recalling its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee recommends that the State party:

In the light of the thematic debate in the General Assembly on the rights of children with disabilities, the Special Representative takes this opportunity to highlight the special challenges faced by these children.

In the light of article 23 of the Convention and of its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee urges the State party to adopt a human rights-based approach to disability and specifically recommends that it:

279. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 9 on the rights of children with Disabilities and the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96):
279- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالقيام بما يلي مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9 بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والقواعد الموحدة المتعلقة بتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص لذوي الإعاقة (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/96):

In the light of its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee recommends that the State party make every effort to implement the National Plan of Action on Disabilities 2013 - 2022, and urges the State party to:
46- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، في ضوء تعليقها العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، بأن تبذل قصارى جهدها لتنفيذ خطة العمل الوطنية بشأن الإعاقة 2013-2022، وتحثها على ما يلي:

Furthermore, the Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to implement its legal provisions on inclusive education by training teachers, providing schools with the necessary equipment and raising awareness among school staff, children and the general public on the rights of children with disabilities, especially those with mental disabilities.

Recalling its general comment No. 9 on the rights of children with disabilities (CRC/C/GC/2006/9) the Committee recommends that the State party ensure that children with disabilities fully enjoy their rights under the Convention, in particular their right to health, education and adequate standard of living.
51- وإذ تذكِّر اللجنة بتعليقها العام رقم 9 (CRC/C/GC/2006/9) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، فإنها توصي بأن تضمن الدولة الطرف تمتع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة على نحو كامل بحقوقهم بموجب الاتفاقية، ولا سيما حقهم في الصحة والتعليم وفي مستوى معيشي لائق.

62. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, continue to strengthen measures to protect and promote the rights of children with disabilities.
62- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف، وهي تأخذ في اعتبارها التعليق العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، العمل على تعزيز التدابير الرامية إلى حماية وتعزيز حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة.

(b) Raise the awareness of the public, in particular children, about the rights of children with disabilities and take measures for their successful integration into society;
