186 - وأشارت اللجنة أيضا إلى أنها كانت قد نبهت، عند إجراء الدراستين الاستقصائيتين في روما عام 1994 وفي فيينا عام 1996، إلى أن دفع مقابل لعامل اللغة لا يعد ضروريا لتعيين الموظفين المؤهلين لغويا أو لاستبقائهم.
