We can celebrate the fact that the international community responded unanimously to the forceful interruption of constitutional order in Honduras and the ousting of President José Manuel Zelaya.
ويمكننا أن نحتفي بحقيقة أن المجتمع الدولي تصدى بالإجماع للتعطيل القسري للنظام الدستوري في هندوراس والإطاحة بالرئيس خوسيه مانويل سيلايا.

3. Decides to call firmly and unequivocally upon all States to recognize no Government other than that of the Constitutional President, Mr. José Manuel Zelaya Rosales;
3 - تقرر أن توجه نداء حازما وقاطعا إلى جميع الدول بعدم الاعتراف بأي حكومة خلاف حكومة الرئيس الدستوري، السيد مانويل سيلايا روساليس؛

Consequently, we reject the removal of the duly elected head of State in Honduras and call for the immediate restoration of President José Manuel Zelaya to the position to which he was legitimately elected.

8. Manuel Zelaya was elected President of Honduras on 28 November 2005 and took office on 27 January 2006 in accordance with the Constitution.

We must also request unconditional support for the dialogue that our President began once he had entered the country unarmed and peacefully so as to be able to sit with the different sectors of Honduran society and thereby open the way to restoring trust, reconciliation and the fabric of the Constitution, because all that depends on reinstating the constitutional President of the Republic of Honduras, José Manuel Zelaya Rosales.
كما يجب علينا أن نطالب بتقديم دعم غير مشروط للحوار الذي أطلقه رئيسنا حالما دخل البلد بدون سلاح وبطريقة سلمية، حتى يتمكن من الالتقاء بمختلف قطاعات المجتمع الهندوراسي، وبالتالي تمهيد السبيل لاستعادة الثقة، والمصالحة وروح الدستور، لأن تلك الأمور كافة تتوقف على إعادة الرئيس الدستوري لجمهورية هندوراس، خوسي مانويل سيلايا روزاليس، إلى منصبه.

In assessing the political situation resulting from the 28 June 2009 events in Honduras, the Presidents were unanimous in recognizing the merits of the mediation undertaken on 9 April 2011 by President Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías of Venezuela and President Juan Manuel Santos of Colombia, in conjunction with President Porfirio Lobo Sosa and in permanent consultation with José Manuel Zelaya Rosales, former President of Honduras.
