" Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the crimes set forth in article 11 shall be guaranteed fair trial and full protection of the rights of the alleged offender at all stages of the proceedings.

2. With respect to superior and subordinate relationships, a superior shall be criminally responsible for any of the crimes set forth in article 2 of this Statute committed by subordinates under his or her effective authority and control, as a result of his or her failure to exercise control properly over such subordinates, where:

In that connection the text of article 3, paragraph 3, could be amended to read: " An individual who attempts to commit one of the crimes set out in this Code is responsible therefore and is liable to punishment.

Article 80. Financial institutions shall be responsible for acts of their employees, officials, directors, owners and other authorized representatives who, when acting as such, participate in the commission of any of the offences established under this Law or related to the financing of terrorism.
المادة 80 - تكون المؤسسات المالية مسؤولة عن أعمال موظفيها ومدرائها وملاكها وممثليها الآخرين المأذون لهم عندما يشاركون بهذه الصفة في ارتكاب أي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون أو الجرائم ذات الصلة بتمويل الإرهاب.

The Committee specifically recommends that the State party undertake all possible measures for the early identification of children who are especially vulnerable to becoming victims of sale and other crimes covered by the Protocol, and link such measures to existing child protection programmes and poverty reduction strategies.

However, the view was expressed that that Convention, which was not yet in force, dealt with offences that did not have the same degree of seriousness as those categories of crimes provided for in the draft.

The penalty for any of the offences under this Act shall not exceed imprisonment for a term of 15 years, a fine of BND $10,000 and 12 strokes of whipping.
ولا تتجاوز العقوبة على أية جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون السجن لمدة 15 سنة، وغرامة قدرها 000 10 دولار من الدولارات الوطنية لبروني دار السلام، بالإضافة إلى 12 جلدة.

Paragraph 4 of the article provides that all the perpetrators of any of the offences set out in international treaties are criminally liable, whatever form their participation takes.
فالفقرة 4 من تلك المادة تنصُّ على المسؤولية الجنائية لكل الجناة الضالعين في أيِّ جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المعاهدات الدولية، بصرف النظر عن شكل مشاركتهم فيها.

(b) Article 9 of the same Law also criminalizes the use of any agency, organization, association, institution or private body established in accordance with the law in advocating the commission of any of the offences covered by that Law;
(ب) كما جرّمت المادة (9) من ذات القانون استغلال إدارة أية منظمة أو جمعية أو مؤسسة أو هيئة خاصة أنشئت طبقا للقانون في الدعوة إلى ارتكاب أي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون؛

" The same punishment applies to anyone who, in order to conceal or disguise the use of the property, rights and assets resulting from the crimes set forth in this article:
" تسري نفس العقوبة على أي شخص يقوم، بغرض التكتم على استعمال الممتـلكات والحقوق والأصول المتحصلة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة أو إخفاء ذلك، بما يلي:

If an offender is convicted on more than two occasions of any of the offences specified in the Act, he permanently forfeits the right to hold a licence to drive motor vehicles.
وفي حالة تكرار الحكم على الجاني أكثر من مرتين في أية جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون يحرم المحكوم عليه من الحق في الترخيص بقيادة المركبات اﻵلية نهائيا.
