III. DRAFT CONVENTION ON Assignment in RECEIVABLES FINANCING

That was the sixth session devoted to the preparation of that uniform law, tentatively entitled the draft Convention on Assignment in Receivables Financing.

The Commission’s work on the draft Convention on Assignment in Receivables Financing was of particular importance for the developing countries, since clear and unambiguous rules would increase the availability of credit financing to such countries at more affordable rates.
أما العمل الذي قامت به اللجنة فيما يتعلق بمشروع اتفاقية اﻹحالة في التمويل بالمستحقات فيتسم بأهمية خاصة للبلدان النامية، إذ أن من شأن القواعد الواضحة الخالية من الالتباس أن تزيد إتاحة التمويل الائتماني لهذه البلدان بأسعار أيسر في تحملها.

Those and other issues should be discussed by the Working Group and the Commission at their forthcoming sessions with a view to finding an acceptable but efficient system of uniform law on Assignment in receivables financing.
