En su primer período de sesiones, el Grupo de Trabajo estimó que carecía de suficiente información actualizada de los gobiernos y organizaciones intergubernamentales y no gubernamentales como para determinar las dificultades de aplicación de la Declaración.
٩١ - وارتأى الفريق العامل في دورته اﻷولى، أنه ليس بحوزته معلومات مستكملة صادرة من الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية تتيح له تحديد العقبات القائمة في سبيل تطبيق اﻹعلان.

3. Pide al Secretario General que señale la presente resolución a la atención de todos los gobiernos y organizaciones intergubernamentales y no gubernamentales apropiadas.
3 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام إبلاغ هذا القرار إلى جميع الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية.

Las intervenciones del Mecanismo Mundial cuando lo soliciten los gobiernos y organizaciones intergubernamentales y no gubernamentales interesados, se basan en los principios siguientes:

18. Alienta, a este respecto, a los gobiernos y organizaciones intergubernamentales a incorporar la dimensión de género, incluyendo en particular indicadores desglosados por sexo, en sus actividades, programas y proyectos para el desarrollo de las montañas;
