When exporting nuclear material to non-States parties, all States parties to the NPT should strictly abide by the provisions of the Treaty, in particular article III, in order to ensure that the exported items were under IAEA safeguards and were used only for peaceful purposes.

Bangladesh reiterates its call, as also reflected in Security Council resolution 1887 (2009) that States not parties to the NPT should accede to the Treaty as nonnuclear-weapon States so as to achieve its universality at an early date and pending their accession to the Treaty to adhere to its terms.
وتؤكد بنغلاديش من جديد دعوتها، مثلما ورد أيضا في قرار مجلس الأمن 1887 (2009)، إلى الدول غير الأطراف في معاهدة عدم الانتشار بوجوب الانضمام إلى المعاهدة بوصفها دولا غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية، بغية تحقيق عالمية المعاهدة في تاريخ مبكِّر، والتقيد بشروطها إلى أن تنضم إليها.
