12. The Committee again emphasizes these recommendations and encourages States parties to note, adopt and implement them.

9- ترحب ببرامج الهجرة التي اعتمدتها بعض البلدان والتي تمكّن المهاجرين من الاندماج في البلدان المضيفة اندماجاً كاملاً وتيسير جمع شمل الأسر وإيجاد بيئة يسودها الوئام والتسامح، وتشجّع الدول على النظر في إمكانية اعتماد هذه الأنواع من البرامج؛

7. Welcomes the report on the meeting of the Working Group on the Smuggling of Migrants held in Vienna from 30 May to 1 June 2012, and encourages States parties to implement, where necessary, the recommendations contained therein;
7- يرحِّب بتقرير اجتماع الفريق العامل المعني بتهريب المهاجرين الذي انعقد في فيينا في الفترة من 30 أيار/مايو إلى 1 حزيران/يونيه 2012،() ويشجِّع الدولَ الأطراف على تنفيذ التوصيات التي وردت فيه؛

(a) Issue an implementation assistance notice that urges and encourages States not to sell or supply arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment and spare parts, whether or not originating in their territories, to the Government of the Sudan unless:
