Law n. 7 of 17 February 1961, " Law on labour and workers' protection " , establishes that the labour agreement is collectively concluded between the registered trade unions and the registered employers' organisations and has " erga omnes " validity, that is it mandatorily applies to all categories of workers covered by the agreement.
