1.2 In accordance with article 22, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Committee brought the complaint to the State party's attention on 19 April 2010.

5.3 The author refers to the State party's argument that the requirement to exhaust domestic remedies entails the author suing for damages in criminal proceedings by filing a complaint with the investigating judge.
